ME associate professor Neal Sullivan was named a 2022 Fulbright Scholar. He will spend the next year teaching, conducting research, and carrying out professional projects around the world.

The Fulbright Program is the U.S. government’s flagship international educational exchange program and is supported by the people of the United States and partner countries.

Sullivan will spend seven months at the Western Australian School of Mines (WASM) at Curtin University in Perth, Australia. While there, he will be working on developing next-generation materials for “green” hydrogen production.
