Debuting in Fall 2026, our aerospace focus area provides courses to prepare Mechanical Engineering leaders with skills, knowledge, and experiences to succeed in the burgeoning Aerospace Industry.
Curriculum Advising
The following provides course guidance for graduate Aerospace students.
Other than the ME Core, these are not requirements for the MS-NT degree. Rather, this list identifies combinations of offered courses that provide coherent skill sets for different aerospace career paths that fit within the ME Graduate curriculum requirements.

NOTE: For combined program students, please remember that you can only double-count 500-level courses. Please consult the ME Tracks page for information on which courses count for specific undergraduate tracks. Note that the courses listed below in “Suggested Mechanical Electives” will all be accepted as ME Aerospace Track electives.
